According to a trademark filed by Samsung, they have not given up on DeX, the tool that makes your Galaxy S8 or S8+ into a desktop computer. Instead, they have plans on continuing work on the platform.
Samsung has now brought the program to India, Germany, France, and Poland. The addition of these countries hasn’t been announced officially yet, but users in those countries have begun to receive the beta updates.
