Qualcomm's processors already power high-end Windows PCs, but they'll now be fueling Chrome OS powered devices. The firm does't believe that value or low-end devices are interesting, and are keeping an eye out for the rising ASP of Chrome OS devices.
Qualcomm announced two new 'Home Hub Platforms' at CES 2018. They are designed to make affordable home hubs with Google Assistant support, and possibly other Google services. Qualcomm's platforms will be available in the first quarter of this year.
