If you're a fan of the iPhone X'es iOS 11 implementation, you most probably already have screen rounding tweaks installed, combined with gesture navigation and what not. switcherRadii may just be a nice addition to this setup.
switcherRadii, by CreatureSurvive, brings rounded corners to the app switcher, just like on the iPhone X. This is a very basic tweak which doesn't even have a preferences tab at the moment, but that just adds to the simplicity and ease of use. The developer has noted that they will release an update to the tweak, with preferences, once they release their Preferences library to the public.
The tweak doesn't necessarily aim at replicating the iPhone X functionality, but it's hard to deny that it's what most people around here will use it for. It's compatible with iOS 10 and 9 but was only tested on iOS 10 according to the developer. The app switcher code between iOS 9 and iOS 10 is very similar, which means that there shouldn't be any issues, and if there are, make sure to report them to the developer here.
The tweak is completely free so it doesn't hurt to at least try it. It can be downloaded by adding the repo down below and searching for the tweak in Cydia.
What do you think? Do you like rounded edges in your OS or do you prefer it squared off? Let us know in the comments!
