OnePlus is making moves in the smartphone industry again. They have already discontinued sales of the OnePlus 5T in North America, indicating that new product should be coming out soon. Evan Blass, a well-known phone leaker, tweeted to his followers an image of the new OnePlus 6 after teasing followers with a poll regarding the release of the image.

As you can see in the image above, OnePlus has kept the headphone jack instead of getting rid of it like many of the manufacturers out there. The back seems to have a textured feel to it almost like the original OnePlus' sandstone back, this is great news for those worried about grip. It would be great to see multiple backs available for this phone, similar to what they've previously done with StyleSwap, although the back doesn't look removable. The phone also seems to resemble the Galaxy S9/S9+ a bit with the dual-lens camera up top and the fingerprint sensor underneath it.

The photo leaked by Evan Blass closely matches another leak posted a while ago that had a phone with a glossy back, but the camera and fingerprint sensor was positioned the same. This leak also had an image of the front where we can see there seems to be a small notch on the top. OnePlus may be following the trend of the notch, but at least we still have a headphone jack.

There is no news yet on when this phone will be officially announced by OnePlus and be available to purchase, but it is expected to see something in the next 2-3 months, based on when the OnePlus 5 and 5T were released.
